Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or refunds at this time. ALL products are handmade which means it is a long process and time consuming to get them just right for you.

Product Delivery
Please allow 7 Business Days for order processing: Due to the High Volume of Custom Made Products

All packages are delivered with USPS. No returns or exchanges. Our products are considered "spiritual items" which hold energy and for that reason there are no refunds or exchanges.

Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Please allow 7 days for candles to be made and shipped. All tarot readings will be confirmed via email before reading. Please allow 7 days to curate spiritual baths and to be shipped out. We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages marked delivered but not received, or merchandise damaged during transport. Orders will be shipped to the shipping address that you enter at checkout. We ask you keep your billing address & shipping address the same. If you absolutely need to change your shipping address, make sure you change it on our site after you enter your credit card information! If not your products will be shipped out to your billing address.

We do not process orders on weekends or national holidays. If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday. After receiving an order confirmation, shipping activity will become available after 24-48 hrs. Please track your package at www.USPS.com. We do not ship to PO boxes.
All items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. The United States Postal Service (USPS) reports that as of January 2018, it takes an average of one to three days for Priority Mail.
